Turkey Cheese Roll Ups

Ingredients
Cream Cheese | 4 oz | |
Shredded cheese | 1/2 cup | |
Lunch meat (ham or turkey) | 4 slices | |
Large tortilla | 1 |
Tools
Small Mixing Bowl | ||
Paper towel (optional) | ||
Plastic Wrap | ||
Measuring Cups | ||
Fork | ||
Knife | ||
Cutting Board |
Directions:
- Warning: this recipe requires advance preparations of 2-4 hours.
- Place cream cheese in the small mixing bowl, cover with paper towel or plastic wrap, and set on the table or counter for 1-2 hours or until cream cheese comes to room temperature
- Use measuring cup to add shredded cheese to the mixing bowl
- Use fork to combine cream cheese and shredded cheese
- Grab tortilla or a wrap and transfer cheese mixture on top of it
- Use fork to spread the cheese mixture over the entire tortilla
- Place lunch meat slices on top of the cheese
- Roll tortilla into a tight tube
- Wrap tortilla in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours
- Take the roll up out of the fridge and take off the plastic wrap
- Use knife and cutting board to slice tortilla into 1 inch wide rounds. Enjoy!
