Place pan on stove and turn heat to high, bring to boil
Boil eggs for 10-12 minutes
Turn heat off
Use oven mitts or pot holders to transfer pan to sink
Run cold water into the pot for a few minutes to cool eggs
It is best to chill eggs before continuing, but this step can be skipped if time is limited. Transfer eggs into a bowl and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Remove eggs from the fridge, peel them, and rinse them.
Use knife and cutting board to cut eggs in half.
Remove yolks and place them in a separate bowl.
Chop egg whites into small pieces, set aside.
Use fork to mash yolks in the bowl
Use measuring cup to add mayo to the bowl with yokes
Use measuring spoon to add mustard to the bowl with yokes
Add salt and pepper to task to the bowl with yokes
Use fork to mix ingredients together until smooth consistency
Add chopped egg whites
If using celery, use knife and cutting board to chop celery into small pieces. Add to the egg mixture
If using green onions, use knife and cutting board to chop onion into small pieces. Add to egg mixture.
Use fork to mix all ingredients together evenly.
If preferred, toast bread slices in the toaster for 2-3 minutes, or just use fresh bread.
Use fork to spread egg mixture on a piece of bread, then cover with the second slice. Enjoy!
