Use knife and cutting board to slice bananas in ⅓ inch thick circles; set aside.
Use measuring cups to add flour and pour milk into the mixing bowl.
Use measuring spoons to add maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Use whisk (or fork) to mix ingredients until combined well and pancake batter is ready.
Preheat frying pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add ½ tbsp butter, allow it to melt, and spread evenly with a silicone brush. Can tilt the pan around to spread butter without the brush.
Use fork to coat banana slices in pancake batter and immediately place them on the hot pan. Repeat until pan is full, leaving about an inch between pieces.
Fry banana pancake bites 2-4 minutes until golden brown, then use the fork to flip.
Fry for another 2-4 minutes.
Turn off heat.
Remove banana bites from the pan, add remaining butter and turn on medium heat again.
Repeat steps 6-10 for the second batch. Turn off heat. Remove banana bites from pan and enjoy!
Banana pancake bites can be served with maple syrup or berries. They can also be sprinkled with powdered sugar or even have a bit of nutella put on them.
