Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

Ingredients
Spaghetti | 1/2 pack | |
Ground beef | 1 lb | |
Spaghetti sauce (any kind) | ||
Parmesean Cheese (Optional) |
Tools
Large pot | ||
Strainer | ||
Large Frying Pan | ||
Spatula | ||
Tongs | ||
Ladle | ||
Serving Bowl or Plate |
Directions:
- Fill large pot with water, place on stove.
- Set heat to high and bring water to boil.
- Add half of package of spaghetti to boiling water for 8-9 minutes.
- Turn off heat and use a strainer in the sink to dump the water out, set aside.
- Place frying pan on stove and set heat to high, wait 2-3 minutes for it to heat up.
- Crumble ground beef onto hot pan and let the meat brown for a minute or two.
- Turn heat down to medium-high and continue browning meat, stirring occasionally with a spatula, approximately 5 minutes.
- When meat is fully brown, add spaghetti sauce to the pan, stir everything together and continue heating for another minute. Turn off heat.
- Use tongs to serve noodles onto a plate or bowl, then use ladle to top noodles with meat sauce.
- Sprinkle spaghetti with some parmesan cheese, if using. Enjoy!
